By using Toty, you agree to these terms.
The service
Toty provides AI generation, image and video processing, watermark and background tools, PDF and document workflows, and related services. Some lighter features can be used as a guest. Others require an account, credits, or a fixed-term monthly or yearly plan. Availability, access requirements, and prices can vary by feature, model, specification, and market, and the product interface controls.
We may add, change, limit, or stop features as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Accounts, credits, and purchases
- You must keep account information accurate and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Credits, plan benefits, monthly and yearly cards, prices, billing periods, renewal, and limits are those shown at purchase and in the product.
- Some plans renew automatically. Monthly and yearly cards sold as one-time purchases do not. Read the checkout notes before you buy.
- Credits may be reserved or charged when you create a task, then adjusted or returned based on the result and the billing rules that apply.
- Payment may be handled by a third-party processor. Refund, cancellation, or separate policies shown at purchase also apply.
Your content and acceptable use
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, or generate the content. Do not use Toty to:
- upload, generate, or distribute illegal or harmful content;
- infringe privacy, intellectual property, personality rights, or other rights;
- distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with the service, evade limits, or abuse credits and guest access;
- reverse engineer the service, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
You keep the rights you already have in content you submit. You grant Toty and the providers involved in the requested workflow the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, and return that content. Rights in generated results may depend on applicable law, the selected model, provider terms, and third-party rights. Toty does not promise that results are exclusive or protectable as intellectual property.
Files, results, and privacy
- Browser-local tools keep the processing they describe on your device.
- Ordinary cloud uploads and conversion results are temporary by default and follow the retention period currently configured. We do not promise they remain downloadable indefinitely, and finishing a job does not mean the bytes are physically deleted at that moment.
- Generated assets and files saved to your library or kept for reuse may be retained longer. Archiving or deleting an asset can require asynchronous cleanup and reference checks, so physical deletion may be delayed.
- Keep your own copies of important inputs and results.

Toty materials
Toty’s software, site design, brand, and trademarks belong to Toty or its licensors. These terms do not give you rights in those materials beyond what you need to access the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available. AI and automated processing can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing results before you rely on or publish them. To the extent applicable law allows, Toty is not liable for indirect loss, or for interruption and data loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the new version and change the date on this page, and give extra notice when the law requires it.
