Information we collect
Toty (toty.ai) processes the following when you use image and video creation, tool pages, and account features:
- Account details: email, display name, and the identity returned by Google sign-in. Guest sessions use a visitor token stored on your device.
- Creative content: prompts, reference images, generated results, and the model settings needed to finish a task.
- Usage records: task status, credit changes, language, and approximate request time, used for credits, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Site measurement: pages use Google Analytics (G-FSENFFM5M2). The browser stores language and sign-in state.
How we use it
We use this information to generate and edit media, keep your sessions and library, grant welcome credits, keep the service reliable, and reply to mail sent to support@toty.ai. We do not sell personal information.
Uploads and results
Reference images and results are stored in our object storage so you can open them again in your library and sessions. Prompts and the images required for a task are sent to the model provider selected for that task. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Sharing and storage
We share data with hosting, storage, and model providers when that is required to complete a request. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect users and the service. Accounts and assets are kept until you delete them, or until they are no longer needed to run the service, handle disputes, and meet legal duties.
Your choices
You can stop using the service, clear the sign-in state in your browser, or email support@toty.ai to request access, correction, or deletion of account data. We handle deletion after we verify the request. Files that were shared or are still referenced by a task can take longer to remove.
